Hello, I'm Ruth. After more than a decade working in hospitality and event catering, I became a mother, and my desire to look after my family’s health led me to follow my interest in nutrition and natural health by studying Nutrition with The College of Naturopathic Medicine.
This was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I have never looked back. It ignited a passion in me for nutrition and functional medicine, and in the power of diet and lifestyle to help transform the wellbeing of not only my clients, but that of my family, and personal health. It has been the most powerful tool in helping me manage my autoimmune condition, Type 1 diabetes.
As a nutrition and functional medicine practitioner, I work with clients to support symptoms associated with a full array of health conditions such as autoimmunity, thyroid conditions, diabetes, gut symptoms, anxiety/depression, hormone imbalances, menopause, memory/brain fog, and low energy.
I am also passionate about the power of preventive medicine and promoting optimal long-term health and longevity.
My work is 100% personalised to the client, using an evidence-based approach, I love to dig deep into the root cause of why someone isn’t feeling their best, to unravel whatever is going on to restore optimal wellbeing.
I have a special interest in women’s health, autoimmunity, and the application of low carbohydrate diets for managing diabetes.
I have also trained with the Institute for Functional Medicine and I am currently pursuing a MSc in Personalised Nutrition.
I am registered with The Association of Naturopathic Practitioners, and The General Naturopathic Council.
In my spare time if I've not got my nose buried in a book on health and wellness, I love to cook, go for adventures with my family and dog, and photography.

Hello, I'm Steph. I qualified from ION with distinction back in 2015 and since then worked for Nuffield Health part-time as well as working privately. Working at Nuffield Health has provided me invaluable clinical experience and the opportunity to work with various different teams (fitness and clinical) in various settings as well as run Healthy Weight programmes for members. I also have experience of providing seminars on health topics in corporate settings such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Barclaycard and Bank of America.
I have a keen interest in digestive, stress and energy issues due to my own past health issues when I previously worked all hours for design agencies and trained hard to compete in high level Ultimate frisbee. My own journey into nutrition has helped me to further empathise, support and understand my clients.
I also have a real passion for personal development and reflection; as such I am a clinical supervisor with CPD-UK and keen to facilitate groups and individuals to get the full benefits from this extremely beneficial practise.

Hello, I'm Fanni. I am a registered Nutritional Therapist (dipCNM, mBANT, mCNHC) with a special interest in digestive and female hormonal health. Having suffered from digestive health issues and hormonal imbalances myself, I had no idea that it was anything to do with my diet or lifestyle. It wasn’t until I finally discovered I could turn things around using the power of nutrition. I embarked on a journey to become a nutritional therapist, so I could help people to transform their own health and feel better than ever.
I believe movement is another one of the key pillars of optimum health. Exercise has always been a part of my life, and having experienced the benefits of training, I also decided to enrol on a Personal Trainer course as I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with my clients so they can also experience the positive effects of movement on their physical and mental health.
In my free time, I enjoy travelling and exploring new places as well as cooking and experimenting with new recipes. To relax my mind after a long day, I like to read in the company of a cup of tea.
