Mind your Drinks!

Did you know caffeine can stay in your system for up to 8 to 10 hours!

Yes that's right...

Depending on your genes and metabolism, some people process caffeine really slowly, whilst others process it really quickly.

As you may know caffeine is a stimulant and can therefore disrupt your sleep.

So for today's task, your challenge is to aim to stop drinking caffeine a minimum of 8 hours before you go to bed, ideally by midday! Now a caveat here, if you are an avid coffee drinker, then please cut down your consumption gradually. Start with drinking one less cup a day to avoid withdrawal symptoms from caffeine.
