Challenge Day 3

Consistency is key

Our body's have an intrinsic sleep wake cycle known as a Circadian Rhythm.

Four our Circadian Rhythm to work best, we need an optimal balance of our hormones and neurotransmitters. 

Disrupting this cycle with late nights can cause our sleep wake cycle to go into a state of flux.

It can then mean our intrinsic cycle goes out of sync and then we struggle to either fall asleep or wake up in the morning.

So for today's challenge-

Set a consistent time to wake up and go to sleep.

And trust us, your body will thank you!
