Do this first thing in the morning
Just as what you do before you go to bed is important, what you do first thing in the morning is also very important.
Evidence shows that early morning light exposure is very important for the optimal functioning of our sleep wake cycles.
So for today's challenge:
Go outside or look outside the window first thing in the morning for 5 to 10 minutes if it is bright, or aim for 20 minutes if it is cloudy.
Getting outside in the evenings again will help offset some of the artificial light we are exposed to in the evening
