Dr Kumaran's Sleep Story
"I've always had a love-hate relationship with sleep. I've struggled with insomnia for most of my teenage and early adult years, and for me the usual sleep hygiene advice simply didn't work. The reason being is that for optimal sleep we need to appreciate our sleep cycle is 24hours long, not just the duration of time we sleep at night!
From the minute we wake up to the minute we sleep, everything we do, eat, drink or how we feel can impact on our sleep quality and quantity.
